Founder Mary Ricciardi
Mary Ricciardi is a Board Certified Holistic Health Coach. She empowers others to be WARRIOR STRONG through mindset, fitness, nutrition, and body kindness. She believes that when it comes to a wellness journey-Peace should be the ultimate goal.
Mary has struggled with mindset and body image issues and emotional eating and has experienced many traumatic experiences throughout her life and empathizes with others that have been through trials and have also used food to try to heal the pain. Helping women to find their true worth and authentic self and learn to walk in that worthiness daily is a passion of Mary’s. She has a huge heart for the person who struggles with their inner spirit, their total wellness and body confidence, and believing that they can become the healthiest version of themselves in mind, body, and spirit. Mary empowers people to change their insides and so their outsides can reflect transformed minds, energized bodies and renewed spirits.

Meet Coach Bri
Bri is a lover of all things health and wellness. She is a trained professional dancer and has been dancing since she was 3 years old. She is a certified Pilates instructor as well as a certified personal trainer.
A few of Bri’s favorite things are her two dogs, spending time with her husband, working out in the gym or Pilates studio and going on walks.
Meet Coach Kassidy
Kassidy has a bachelors degree in Kinesiology. She is a Certified Personal Trainer and a Certified Pilates Instructor. Some of her favorite things to do are going to Disneyworld, hanging out at the beach and writing in her blog (www.graciousandgrateful.com) as well as going on many adventures that take her out of her comfort zone.
Meet Coach Carrie
Carrie has been into fitness her whole life and has been a personal trainer for about 4 years. She's certified in fitness, nutrition and weight management. She has two children that keep her very busy but her passion is trying to help people understand the importance of their health and how great they can feel once they achieve their goals.
